ADDENDUM TO PPG NO. 207-11
RESOLVED, to APPROVE and CONFIRM the Policy and Procedural Guidelines (PPG) on the Addendum to PPG No. 207-11 (Survivorship Benefits).
RESOLVED FINALLY, that Section Ill-F of PPG and 207-11 and Item Nos. 1 and 2 of Office Order No. 72-11 (Additional Implementing Guidelines on Survivorship Benefits), signed 6 April 2011, are hereby SUPERSEDED.
A copy* of the draft Addendum to PPG No. 207-11 is attached and made an integral part of this Resolution.
