[ GTEB CIRCULAR NO. 002, January 18, 1990 ]
Increase in Assessment Fees
In view of the general increase in operating expenses particularly the current increase in office rental by 164%, the Board, in its meeting off 4 January 1990, approved the increase in assessment fee from P .024 /SME to P .03 /SME.
Thus, Section VI, Item 1 of the GTEB Rules and Regulations, as amended by GTEB Circular 007, Series of 1989 is hereby further amended as follows:
“1. All Export Quotas and Export Authorizations awarded by the Board shall be subject to payment of a fee equivalent to Three Centavos (P0.03) per square meter equivalent (SME), but in no case shall it be lower than Thirty Pesos (P30.00).”
This Circular shall take effect five (5) days after its publication.
