Begun and held in the City Council on Tuesday, the fifth day of May, Two Thousand Fifteen

AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AN INDUSTRIAL AREA, LOCATED IN VITAS, TONDO, MANILA AND SURROUNDED BY SEVERAL BARANGAYS, NAMELY: BARANGAY NOS. 94, 96, 99, 101, 102 AND 106, INTO A RESIDENTIAL AREA AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. An Industrial Area, located in Vitas, Tondo,  Manila and surrounded by several barangays, namely: Barangay Nos. 94, 96, 99, 101, 102 and 106, is hereby reclassified into a Residential Area.

SEC. 2. The vicinity map covering the proposed reclassification shall be made an integral part of this Ordinance.

SEC. 3. Repealing Clause. — All ordinances, rules and regulations or portions thereof which are contrary to the provisions of this Ordinance or portions hereof are hereby deemed repealed or modified accordingly.

SEC. 4. Effectivity Clause. — This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on _________.
