AN ORDINANCE CORRECTING THE ENTRY IN THE PROJECT PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM OF THE PARKS DEVELOPMENT OFFICE WHICH WAS ERRONOUSLY ENTERED AS OFFICE EQUIPMENT (CODE NO. 221), INSTEAD OF THE CORRECT ENTRY OF I.T. EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE (CODE NO. 223) UNDER THE OFFICE EQUIPMENT, FURNITURE AND FIXTURES ACCOUNT IN THE AGENCY'S CAPITAL OUTLAY FUNDED THROUGH ORDINANCE NO. 8329, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE EXECUTIVE BUDGET OF CY 2014

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. The entry in the Project Procurement Management Program of the Parks Development Office which was entered as Office Equipment (Code No. 221), is hereby corrected as I.T. Equipment and Software (Code No. 223), under the Office Equipment, Furniture and Fixtures Account in the Agency's Capital Outlay funded through Ordinance No. 8329, otherwise known as the Executive Budget of CY 2014.

SEC. 2. Effectivity Clause. - This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on July 3, 2014.

CERTIFICATION

This is to certify that CITY ORDINANCE NO. 8350, "AN ORDINANCE CORRECTING THE ENTRY IN THE PROJECT PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM OF THE PARKS DEVELOPMENT OFFICE WHICH WAS ERRONOUSLY ENTERED AS OFFICE EQUIPMENT (CODE NO. 221), INSTEAD OF THE CORRECT ENTRY OF I.T. EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE (CODE NO. 223) UNDER THE OFFICE EQUIPMENT, FURNITURE AND FIXTURES ACCOUNT IN THE AGENCY'S CAPITAL OUTLAY FUNDED THROUGH ORDINANCE NO. 8329, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE EXECUTIVE BUDGET OF CY 2014, “was enacted by the City Council during its regular session on July 3, 2014. The same was forwarded to the office of the Honorable City Mayor on July 15, 2014.

Considering that more than ten (10) days had lapsed, without any communication that the ordinance was approved or vetoed by the Local Chief Executive, Ordinance No. 8350 shall be DEEMED APPROVED as if was signed it, pursuant to the Section 54 par. (b) of R.A. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991.

Issued this 11th day of May 2015, in the City of Manila.
