COMPLIANCE TO THE PROPER ATTACHMENT OF LICENSE PLATES PURSUANT TO THE MVPSP

Relative to the implementation of LTO Motor Vehicle Plate Standardization Program (LTO MVPSP), all employees, particularly those issued LTO service vehicles, are directed to attach the new MV standard plates properly with the use of the LTO issued bolts/self tapping screws (Plate Locks). Failure to use the specified plate locks and/or the use of any other bolts/screws other than those supplied by the LTO for the new standard license plate design shall constitute improper attachment thereof and shall be ground for being apprehended by our LTO Law Enforcers and penalized with a fee of Php5,000.00 under II(e) Joint Administrative Order (JAO) No. 2014-01 dated 02 June 2015.

In view hereof, the FED-LES is hereby directed to apprehend those who violate the particular provision under the Joint Administrative Order (JAO) No. 2014-01.
