MEMORANDUM

REVISE RATES FOR ADMISSION FEES FOR MOTOR VEHICLES AND HEAVY EQUIPMENT



This certifies that:

The records of the Office of the Corporate Secretary show that during the Two Hundred Fifteenth (215th) Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority held last 22 June 2012 wherein there was a quorum to validly transact business, the following resolution was approved:

Resolution No. 12-06-4461

“RESOLVE, as it is hereby resolved, that upon recommendation of Management and without prejudice to COA Regulations and pertinent laws on the matter, the Board hereby approves the implementation of the revised rates for admission fees for motor vehicles and heavy equipment for trading in the following amounts:

- Php 5,000.00 for motor vehicles; and
- Php10,000.00 for heavy equipment

effective upon submission of the policy to the UP Law Center and compliance with other publication requirements.

A hard copy of Management’s PowerPoint presentation on ‘Locator Feedback & Suggestions on Increase of Admission Fee Motor Vehicles and Heavy Equipment for Trading’* is incorporated herein by way of reference.”
