AN ORDINANCE FURTHERMORE AMENDING SECTION 2.a OF ORDINANCE NO. 7755 (UNDER TRICYCLE TERMINALS), AS AMENDED, BY INCLUDING THEREIN THE LOADING AND UNLOADING AREAS OF PLAZA NOLI TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION, AND SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 7871, AS AMENDED, BY INCLUDING THEREIN ITS ROUTE MEASURE CAPACITY

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 2.a (Tricycle Terminals) of Ordinance No. 7755, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the loading and unloading areas of Plaza Noli Tricycle Operators & Drivers Association (PLAZA NOLI TODA), to read as follows:
SEC. 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 7871, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the Route Measure Capacity and authorized route line of Plaza Noli Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc., to read as follows:"PLAZA NOLI TRICYCLE OPERATORS & DRIVERS
ASSOCIATION (PLAZA NOLI TODA)
Loading and Unloading Areas
1. Loading – a Anzures corner Matimyas Streets 2. Unloading – a. Blumentritt Street b. Firmeza Street c. Mindanao Street and Sociego Street".

The authorized route line of operation shall be via Anzures corner Matimyas Streets – Blumentritt Street – Firmeza Street – Mindanao Street – Sociego Street and vice-versa."
SEC. 3. Separability Clause. – If any part or provision of this Ordinance is held or declared invalid or unconstitutional, the other provisions not affected thereby shall remain in full force and effect.
SEC. 4. Repealing Clause. – All other local laws, decrees, orders, issuances, rules and regulations which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.
SEC. 5. Effectivity Clause. – This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on August 25, 2015.
