The seventeenth day of September, Two Thousand Fifteen
AN ORDINANCE ALLOCATING ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP. 1,450,000.00) FOR PURPOSES OF FUNDING THE EXPROPRIATION OF THE PROPERTY SUBJECT OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 8370
PRINCIPAL AUTHORS: HON. RAYMUNDO R. YUPANGCO, HON. ROBERTO R. ORTEGA, JR., HON. JOEY S. HIZON III, HON. CRISTINA A. ISIP, HON. MARLON M. LACSON, Majority Floor Leader and HON. ERNESTO M. DIONISIO, JR.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:
SECTION 1. The amount of One Million Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP. 1,450,000.00), from any available funds in the City Treasury to fund the expropriation of the land subject of City Ordinance No. 8370.
SEC. 2. Effectivity Clause. – This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on October 27, 2015.
