the first day of December, Two Thousand Fifteen
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX MILLION TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX PESOS (PHP. 226,277,676.00) FROM SALARY SAVINGS BY DEPARTMENT/OFFICE/BUREAU REVERTED UNDER THE SPECIAL ACTIVITIES FUND-PERSONAL SERVICES, TO BE UTILIZED FOR THE PAYMENT OF INCENTIVE PAY EQUIVALENT TO ONE MONTH SALARY OF EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT, INCLUDING THE PAYMENT OF THE CASH GIFT FOR THE DAY CARE WORKERS, TRAINORS, NURSING AIDES AND STREET EDUCATORS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL WELFARE

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:
SECTION 1. The amount of Two Hundred Twenty-Six Million Two Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Six Pesos (PhP. 226,277,676.00) is hereby appropriated from Salary Savings reverted under the Special Activities Fund-Personal Services, certified by the City Treasurer as available for appropriation, to be utilized for the payment of incentive pay equivalent to one month salary of employees of the City Government, including the payment of the Cash Gift for the Day Care Workers, Trainors, Nursing Aides and Street Educators of the Department of Social Welfare.
SEC. 2. Effectivity Clause. – This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on December 8, 2015.
