[ PPA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 35-90, September 03, 1990 ]

RECLASSIFICATION OF FLOUR FROM NON-PRIME TO PRIME COMMODITY



In line with the request of flour millers and traders association as well as private port operators and owners to lower the arrastre and stevedoring rates on subject commodity, and consistent with the Department of Trade and Industry's classification of flour, said commodity is hereby reclassified from non-prime to prime commodity.

Henceforth, the same will be charged the computed rate of P21.60 for arrastre and P8.00 for stevedoring per metric ton to be applied in all ports.

Please be guided accordingly and this Circular takes effect immediately.
