SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF S.M. CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
In view of the rescission of the contract of SM CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION for the construction of SRRIP Contract Package III-C, Kilikili-Aparfort Road, Lanao del Sur, pursuant to Clause 63.1, Part I, General Conditions, Conditions of Contract for Works of Civil Engineering Construction and Section 3 of Presidential Decree No. 1870 due to a negative slippage of -65.91% as of May 25, 1992, the said contractor and its officers/stockholders are hereby suspended/blacklisted from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract in the DPWH and its line agencies for a period of one (1) year effective this date.
All concerned are directed during the period of suspension not to release any sum of money to SM Construction and Development Corporation, without prior clearance from the Secretary.
