REVISED FEES FOR LABORATORY DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURES PERFORMED IN THE BUREAU OF RESEARCH AND LABORATORIES (BRL) (AMENDMENT TO ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 97, 2. 1990)



By virtue of the authority of the Secretary of Health under Executive Order No. 119, dated January 30, 1987, to promulgate rules and regulations necessary to carry out the Department of Health objectives, policies, plans, programs and projects, pursuant to Section 3, General Provisions of Republic Act No. 8250, otherwise known as General Appropriations Act of CY 1997, the following fees shall be charged for certain laboratory examinations performed in the Bureau of Research and Laboratories, this Department:

The rate of laboratory fees herein promulgated is within the range of usual fees prevailing at the time, and in the different public health laboratories, taking into consideration the cost of reagents, supplies and materials, and qualify control of various laboratory procedures.

This Order supersedes all previous issuances inconsistent thereof and shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following its publication in the newspaper of general circulation.
