IMPLEMENTING GUIDELINES ON THE MANDATORY REQUIREMENT OF THE ARTIST RECORD BOOK FOR CONTRACT PROCESSING OF PERFORMING ARTISTS BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1994
Pursuant to Section F of DOLE Department Order No. 3-C Series of 1994 on the mandatory requirement of the Artist Record Book for contract processing of performing artists beginning October 11, 1994, the following implementing guidelines are hereby issued:
1. The Artist Record Book shall be a mandatory requirement for processing of employment contract of a new or returning performing artist whose visa/Certificate of Eligibility was approved after October 1, 1994.
2. Employment contract of a new or returning performing artist whose visa/Certificate of Eligibility was approved on or before October 1, 1994 may be processed without an Artist Record Book (Pipeline account).
