DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION FOR A CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION AS RESIDENT AGENT
In addition to the documents required under IMC No. 1-92 to accompany an application for a certificate of registration as a resident agent of a foreign broker and renewals thereof, the applicant should also submit a copy of the current Errors and Omissions Policy of the principal foreign insurance broker.
This IMC amends IMC No. 1-92 dated September 17, 1992.
