AMENDMENTS TO CUSTOMS MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 18-94 DATED 10 MAY 1994 (TREATMENT OF BARTER TRADE GOODS)
Paragraph 8 of Customs Memorandum Order No. 18-94 dated 10 May 1994 is hereby amended to read:
"8. The Master of the vessel carrying BTG must submit to the PPA the Manifest described in paragraph 6 above pursuant to E.O. 493. The Collector of Customs of each port of call shall then secure a copy of such manifest from the PPA.
All cargoes found on board the vessel not contained in the manifest shall be proceeded against as unmanifested cargo."
This amendment shall take effect immediately.
