AMENDING THE LAST SENTENCE OF SECTION 14 OF DENR ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 82, SERIES OF 1990 RE: PROCEDURAL GUIDELINES ON THE AWARD OF MINERAL PRODUCTION SHARING AGREEMENT (MPSA) THROUGH NEGOTIATION
This will amend the last sentence of Section 14 of DENR Administrative Order NO. 82, Series of 1990 to read as follows:
"Such interim share of the government shall be base on the MPSA proposal so long as it is higher than the prevailing excise tax".
Please be guided accordingly.
