[ BOC CUSTOMS MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 87-91, October 02, 1991 ]

AMENDMENT TO PARAGRAPH III OF CMO 149-88 REQUIRING ALL IMPORTERS/CONSIGNEES TO REGISTER WITH THE BOC



Paragraph III, sub-paragraph 1 of Customs Memorandum Order 149-88 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"III.
General Provisions:


1.
Importers/consignees shall be required to file an application per prescribed form shown in ANNEX "A" together with the following documents:

 
1.1
The VAT Registration Certificate issued by the Bureau of Internal Revenue duly certified.

 
1.2
Certified Copy of the Certificate of Registration issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission or the Bureau of Domestic Trade as the case may be; and

 
1.3
Mayor's Permit and Individual or Corporate Residence Certificate duly certified."

This Order shall take effect on October 2, 1991.
