DISMISSAL TO DECS OFFICIALS GUILTY OF ANOMALOUS PRACTICES IN THE BIDDING AND CONSTRUCTION OF SCHOOL BUILDINGS
1. It has come to the attention of this Office that some regional directors, assistant regional directors, and superintendents may be involved in anomalous practices in the bidding and construction of school buildings.
2. Those concerned are being sternly warned that such practices will be severely dealt with by this Office and those found guilty will be dismissed.
