[ POEA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 49, September 05, 1991 ]
FEES AND CHARGES FOR POEA PROCESSING SERVICES OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS OF SEAFARERS
Further to POEA Memorandum Circular No. 45 (Series of 1983) and subsequent issuances and in pursuance of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Ministry Order No. 6-83 of the Department of Finance, the following fees shall be applied in the processing services of employment contracts for seafarers:
1. | New Hires | P150.00 |
Other cases to include: a. Reprocessing of expired Overseas Employment Certificate's (OEC's) where new OEC's are issued for ticketing purposes. | ||
2. | Rehires | P75.00 |
Other cases to include: a. Reprocessing of expired OEC's for rehires where new OEC's are issued for ticketing purposes. b. Issuance of New OEC for seafarers who are on emergency leave or on vacation c. Contract Renewal/Extension | ||
3. | Expedite Processing | P250.00 |
4. | Processing of Cadets | P75.00 |
5. | Accredited Shipping Companies whether new hires or rehires | P75.00 |
This Order takes effect immediately.
