SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF VILLALOBOS CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION
In view of the rescission of the contract of VILLALOBOS CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION for the construction of the Hall of Justice Building at Baler, Aurora, the said VILLALOBOS CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION and its proprietor, are hereby suspended/blacklisted from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract of whatever nature, in the DPWH and its line agencies for a period of one (1) year effective this date.
All concerned are likewise directed not to release any sum of money to VILLALOBOS CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION or its proprietor, pending final determination and settlement of its financial obligations to the DPWH provided in Clause 100 of the DPWH Standard Specifications 1988 and P.D. 1870 due to rescission of its contract above-mentioned.
