AMENDMENTS ON THE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2010-024 RE: GUIDELINES FOR CONVERSION TO UV EXPRESS SERVICE

On May 14, 2010, the Board issued Memorandum Circular No. 2010-024, re: Guidelines for Conversion to UV Express Service.

Pursuant to the said Memorandum Circular, the Board allows all pending applications with proof of full payment of conversion fee to ply the route applied for provided the original copy of the petition/application and Official Receipt evidencing full payment are presented upon demand.

This Board hereby amends and modifies portion of Memorandum Circular 2010-024, insofar as it authorizes those with pending application for modification of route to ply the route applied for during the pendency of the application. Accordingly, all operators with pending petitions for modification of route pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 2010-024 shall not be allowed to ply the route applied for until the approval by the Board.

Thus, all operators with pending petitions for modification of route shall not be allowed to ply outside the authorized route granted by the Board.

All other issuances or parts thereof inconsistent herewith are hereby modified, amended or superseded accordingly.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
