REVISED RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING SALES REPORTING AND INITIAL REGISTRATION OF BRAND NEW AND OTHER MOTOR VEHICLES

Please be advised that Administrative Order No. AVT-2014-024, the Revised Rules and Regulations Governing Sales Reporting and Initial Registration of Brand New and Other Motor Vehicles, was published in newspapers of general circulation on 15 February 2014. As such the same shall take effect immediately after fifteen (15) days from such publication or on 3 March 2014.
Relative to the foregoing, all Regional Offices are hereby ordered to provide the necessary logistics and support thereto, as provided under the said Administrative Order.
The transfer of Workstations/Servers by our IT Provider for this purpose is hereby authorized.
All prior orders, circulars and memoranda as well as any related issuance or part thereof inconsistent with this Circular is hereby superseded, repealed or amended accordingly.
