SUSPENSION OF MIGRATION FROM OLD SCHEME TO EXPANDED SRRV COURTESY

After a pilot study of one (1) year, the Authority finds it timely to suspend the policy allowing migration from any other scheme to the expanded scope of the SRRV Courtesy which shall remain effective until further notice.

To better serve the intended beneficiaries, the policy on SRRV visa migration is currently under review, the objective of which is to improve the same in keeping with the letter of the “Brain Gain” program with the end view of ensuring that only deserving retirees and elderly are benefited.

The Resident Retirees Servicing Department (RRSD) shall be responsible for the implementation of this policy.

This Circular shall take effect after 15 days following the completion of its publication at the U.P. Law Center.
