APPLICATIONS FOR RENEWAL OF PETC AUTHORIZATION WITH EXISTING SHOW-CAUSE ORDER PENDING DECISIONS OR RESOLUTIONS OF THE LTO ASSISTANT SECRETARY

In view of the various queries received by this Office relative to the application for renewal of authorization of PETCs with pending decisions or resolutions on the show-cause order issued against them, you are hereby directed to process such applications pursuant to Department Order No. 2012-10 on the Revised Rules and Regulations on the Authorization and Monitoring of Motor Vehicle Private Emission Testing Centers (PETCs), PETC IT Providers and Motor Vehicle Emission Control Technicians and Rules of Procedures Governing Appealed Cases before the DOTC Secretary from Decisions or Resolutions of the LTO Assistant Secretary, provided no decision or resolution has been issued.
