USE OF CURRENT TEMPORARY OPERATOR’S PERMIT (TOP)

Further to the implementation of Joint Administrative Order No. 2014-01 on the revised schedule of fines and penalties for violation of laws, rules and regulations governing land transportation, you are hereby directed to continue with the use of current LTO Temporary Operator’s Permit (TOP) in the conduct of apprehensions relative thereto.
Moreso, apprehending enforcers are directed to accurately specify violations as per herein attached checklist of violations under Joint Administrative Order No. 2014-01 dated 02 June 2014.
This Memorandum is issued to maintain the status quo on the use of current LTO TOP, system applications and procedures relative to the implementation of said Joint Administrative Order.
