ERRATUM ON IPOPHL MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 17-012
IPOPHL Memorandum Circular No. 17-012 amended certain provisions of the Regulations on Administrative Complaints for Violation of Intellectual Property Rights ("IPV Rules"). Section 1 of the Memorandum Circular reads,
whereas Section 1 should have read, as follows:
This Erratum shall be posted immediately on the IPOPHL website and certified copies thereof filed with the UP Law Center, Department of Trade and Industry, the Senate of the Philippines, the House of Representatives, the Supreme Court of the Philippines, and the National Library.
Done this 19th day of July, 2017, Taguig City.
"SECTION 1. The first paragraph of Sec. 1 of Rule 9, is hereby amended to read, as follows: x x x",
whereas Section 1 should have read, as follows:
"SECTION 1. Sections 1 to 3 of Rule 9, are hereby amended to read, as follows: x x x"
