AIRCRAFT OWNER AND OPERATOR IDENTIFICATION

  3. Memorandum Circular No. 09-14 dated 21 March 2014 – Merger and Consolidation of Entities with CAAP-Issued Aviation Certificates

Effective immediately and pursuant to the Memorandum Circular No. 09-14 dated 21 March 2014, all commercial aircraft Operators who have undertaken corporate merger or partnership with other air operator or entity, operating under a different business name and whose operation is not easily identified in the livery of the aircraft, the words “Operated by: (the company’s name as reflected in the AOC)” shall be conspicuously printed at the nose section of the aircraft. The size of the letters shall be a minimum of four (4) inches and a maximum of six (6) inches in white background and black letters.

EFFECTIVITY CLAUSE:

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days after compliance with the requisite single newspaper publication and a copy filed with the U.P. Law Center – Office of the National Administrative Register.
