REQUIRING PROOF OF COURIER SERVICE PAYMENT FOR PROMOTION AND ADVERTISEMENT PERMITS

The Food and Drug Administration in its drive to improve and streamline delivery of services is engaging the services of private couriers to deliver authorizations to applicants

Effective 02 June 2014, all application for promotion and advertisement permits are required to provide proof of courier service payment during submission of requirements.

The terms of Memorandum Circular No. 2014-006 prescribing optional courier service is thus amended only for promotions and advertisement. Optional courier service for other authorization(s) still applies until amended by later regulation.
