RATIONALIZED RATES FOR DOMESTIC ORDINARY MAIL

Pursuant to Board Resolution No. 2014-31 dated 15 May, 2014, the Rationalized Rates for Domestic Ordinary Mail has been approved and shall take effect starting July 15, 2014.

Attached is the Rationalized Domestic Ordinary Rate Matrix which shall be provided and made available to all post offices/postal counters nationwide.

Area Directors and Postmasters are directed to make sure that this Administrative Order is complied with at all post offices effective July 15, 2014.

Be guided accordingly.

Definition:

Inter-Land - the rate applicable for a mail posted from one province for delivery to another province, conveyance or transport of which is by Land

Inter-Air - the rate applicable for a mail posted from one province for delivery to another province, conveyance or transport of which is by Air.

Intra-Rate - the rate applicable for a mail posted from one province for delivery to the same province (ex. Metro Manila to Metro Manila; Laguna to Laguna etc.)
