8.2.1.8 DOCUMENTS TO BE CARRIED ON AIRCRAFT: ALL OPERATIONS
(a) |
Except as provided in Subpart
8.2.1.6, no person may operate a civil aircraft in commercial air
transport operations unless it has within it the following current and
approved documents: |

EFFECTIVITY CLAUSE:
Fifteen (15) days after compliance with the requisite single newspaper publication and a copy filed with the U.P. Law Center - Office of the National Administrative Register, this amendment shall take effect immediately and supersedes any other memoranda, regulations and directives in conflict herewith.
