MONITORING AND REPORTING ON THE STATUS OF FILIPINO WORKERS IN THE STATE OF KUWAIT

Pursuant  to  DOLE  Administrative   Order  No.  54,  s.  2018  on  the  total deployment ban imposed on Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in the State of Kuwait, all agencies which have deployed workers to Kuwait are hereby directed to accomplish the attached Monitoring Form containing the following details:
  1. Inventory/list   of  all  recruited   workers,   including   exact  location,   contact numbers, information on their respective employers with contact numbers/addresses;

  2. Status report on the condition/situation of their deployed workers onsite; and
Agencies are further directed to regularly coordinate with their respective employers and closely monitor the condition of their deployed workers onsite.

Monitoring reports shall be submitted to the POEA Welfare and Employment Office   (WEO)   at   email   address:    poea.kuwaitmonitoring@gmail.com   every Thursday of the week or immediately as may be necessary.

Failure to comply with reportorial requirements of this Advisory shall be dealt with  under  appropriate   provisions   of  the  2016  Revised   POEA  Rules  and Regulations Governing the Deployment of Landbased OFWs and Seafarers respectively.
