In line with the Maritime Administration’s mandate of implementing and enforcing the 1978 International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, as amended and ensuring a quality training for all Filipino seafarers that is globally competitive, compliant and competent, all Maritime Training Institutions (MTls), approved training program providers and other  entities  concerned  are  enjoined  to  submit  their  electronic  copies  of Training Completion and Records of Assessment (TCROA), official email address and landline/cellphone number(s) on this new email address sdtcroa.stcw@gmail.com. TCROAs has to be submitted within three (3) days following the conduct of practical assessment, while the official email address and landline/cellphone number(s), upon effectivity of this advisory.

Failure to adhere or comply with the above directive will be meted with punitive sanctions   in   accordance   with   the   pertinent   rules   under   the Maritime Administration, notwithstanding the fines that may be imposed under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 10635 and/or any decree that may deemed applicable.

This advisory shall take effect ten (10) working days upon its posting.
