AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE BARANGAY SINGCANG-AIRPORT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE CITY OF BACOLOD.
Be it enacted by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled:
SECTION 1. There is hereby established a national high school in Barangay Singcang-Airport, City of Bacolod, to be known as the Barangay Singcang-Airport National High School.
SEC. 2. The amount of one hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
