AN ACT CONVERTING THE CAPIZ HIGH SCHOOL IN THE CITY OF ROXAS INTO A NATIONAL SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE CAPIZ NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled:

SECTION 1. The Capiz High School in the City of Roxas, is hereby converted into a national school to be known as the Capiz National High School.

SEC. 2. The Minister of Education and Culture is hereby empowered to reorganize said School accordingly.

SEC. 3. The amount of two hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 80 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
