[ PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 473, May 28, 1974 ]
APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO THE NATIONAL MEDIA PRODUCTION CENTER FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF NEEDED EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS, the National Media Production Center is responsible
for the production of various publications that disseminate information
to the general public in the Philippines and abroad;
WHEREAS, additional equipment are needed by the National Media Production Center to meet its printing requirements and perform its functions effectively;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, do hereby decree and order that the sum of Thirty-six Million Pesos (P36,000,000) from the General Fund not otherwise appropriated, is hereby appropriated to the National Media Production Center for the purchase and installation of equipment needed by it.
This decree shall take effect immediately.
Done in the City of Manila, this 28th day of May, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-four.
