[ PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 691, April 14, 1975 ]

WHEREAS, there is a need for a Special Assistant to help and advise the Secretary of Finance in matters of policies, technical problems, and problems of administration of the Bureaus under it.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers in me vested by the Constitution, do hereby order and decree that a position of Special Technical Assistant to the Secretary of Finance be created and included in the Staffing Pattern of the Department of Finance, with a salary of P36,000.00 per annum, to take effect immediately.
