[ ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 89, December 05, 2003 ]
DIRECTING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL HISTORICAL INSTITUTE TO ORGANIZE THE OBSERVANCE OF THE 107th ANNIVERSARY OF THE MARTYRDOM OF DR. JOSE RIZAL ON DECEMBER 30, 2003
I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby direct the Executive Director of the National Historical Institute to organize the observance of the 107th death anniversary of Dr. Jose Rizal on December 30, 2003.
The Department of Budget and Management is hereby authorized to release the amount of Two Million Pesos (P 2,000,000.00) from the President's FY 2003 Contingent Fund to defray expenses for the year 2003 activities commemoration the martyrdom of Dr. Jose Rizal.
This Administrative Order shall take effect immediately.
DONE, in the City of Manila this 5th day of December, in the year of our Lord, Two Thousand and Three.
