ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 39 -99
In the interest of the service and pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the designation of Hon. AM ANTE T. BANDAYREL, Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, of Binmaley, Pangasinan, as Assisting Judge of Judge Lorna Navarro Domingo in the Metropolitan Trial Court, Branch 40, Quezon City pursuant to Administrative Order No. 96 - 97, dated October 21, 1997 is hereby REVOKED, effective immediately.
Judge Bandayrel is hereby DIRECTED to return to his official station at the Municipal Trial Court of Binmaley, Pangasinan and resume his regular duties thereat.
Further, Judge Bandayrel is DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Courts of Calasiao, Mapandan and Sta. Barbara, all in Pangasinan, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judges thereat or until further orders from this Court. He shall be entitled to an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc, dated February 2, 1999.
