ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 25 -99
In the interest of the service and pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. VIOLETA MERCADO PERENA is DIRECTED to return to her official station at the Municipal Trial Court, Rosario, Batangas and resume her regular duties thereat, in addition to her duties as Assisting Judge of the Metropolitan Trial Court of Makati City pursuant to Administrative Order No. 12-97 dated February 14, 1997.
This order amends Administrative Order No. 12-97 in so far as the designation of Judge Norberto P. Mercado as Acting Judge of the Municipal Trial Court of Rosario, Batangas is concerned.
