ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 43 -99
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. OSCAR D. MATA., Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Sabtang, Batanes is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial,Court of Itbayat, Batanes, 1st Municipal Circuit Trial Court: Basco - Mahatao, Batanes, and the 2nd Municipal Circuit Trial Court: Ivana - Uyugan, Batanes., in addition to his regular duties in his own court, without additional compensation except the reimbursement of traveling expenses with per diems, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judges thereat or until further orders from this Court. He shall be entitled to an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
