ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 60 -99
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. ANTONIO M. ROSALES., Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 43, Roxas, Mindoro Oriental, is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 45, San Jose, Mindoro Occidental, without additional compensation except reimbursement of travelling expenses with per diems, in addition to his regular duties in his own court, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court. He shall be entitled to an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
This order revokes the designation of Judge Ernesto P. Pagayatan, as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 45, San Jose, Mindoro Occidental pursuant to Administrative Order No. 55-98 dated March 31, 1998.
