ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 59 -99
Pursuant to Section 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the HON. LORNA NAVARRO DOMINGO, Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 1, Surigao City, is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Metropolitan Trial Court, Branch 40, Quezon City, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court.
The HON. QUINTIN B. ALAAN, Presiding Judge of the 3rd MCTC, Tubod-Alegria, Surigao del Norte is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 1, Surigao City, in addition to his regular duties in his own court, effective immediately, and to continue until the return of the Hon. Lorna Navarro Domingo or until further orders from this Court. He shall be entitled to an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
This order revokes Administrative Order No. 53-99 dated June 10, 1999, pursuant to the motion for its reconsideration filed by Hon. Domingo and upon favorable recommendation of the Court Administrator.
