ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 71 -99
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the following judges are hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judges in addition to their regular duties in their own court, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judges thereat or until further orders from this Court.
1. Hon. Corocoy D. Moson, Presiding Judge of the 5th Shari'a District Court, Cotabato City, as Acting Presiding Judge of the 4th Shari'a District Court, Marawi City;
2. Hon. Aboali J. Cali, Presiding Judge of the 2nd Shari'a Circuit Court, Marawi City, as Acting Presiding Judge of the 10th Shari'a Circuit Court, Tamparan, Lanao del Sur;
3. Hon. Ameladin Masacal Alauya, Presiding Judge of the 8th Shari'a Circuit Court, Malabang, Lanao del Sur, as Acting Presiding Judge of the 12th Shari'a Circuit Court, Wao, Lanao del
Sur.
All judges shall be entitled to reimbursement of travelling expenses and per diems and an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04- SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
