ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 75 -99
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. DULCISIMO CASTIN PITAO, Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Maripipi, Biliran, is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the 6th Municipal Circuit Trial Court: Calubian-San Isidro, Leyte in addition to his regular duties in his own court, without additional compensation except the reimbursement of travelling expenses with per diems, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further order from this Court.
He shall be entitled to an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
This Order revokes the designation of Judge Anita T. Baldesco- de Loyola pursuant to Administrative Order No. 18-99 dated February 18, 1999.
