ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 87 -99
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. JACINTA B. TAMBAGO, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 48, Masbate, Masbate, is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 44, same court, in addition to her regular duties in her own court, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court.
She shall be entitled to an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
This Order revokes the designation of Judge Henry B. Basilla
pursuant to Administrative Order No. 151-98 dated December 29, 1998.
