ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 94 -99
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. GREGORIO T. VILLANUEVA, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 95, Roxas, Palawan is hereby DESIGNATED Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 39, Calapan City effective immediately and to continue until the appointment of a regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court.
The Hon. ADELARDO S. ESCOSES, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 51, Puerto Princesa'City is hereby DESIGNATED Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Br. 95, Roxas, Palawan, in addition to his regular duties in his own court effective immediately and to continue until the return of Judge Gregorio T. Villanueva or until further orders from this Court. He shall be entitled to an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
