ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 95 -99
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Article VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. REYNALDO G. ROS, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 8, Morong, Rizal is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 79, same court, in addition to his regular duties in his own court, effectively immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court. He shall be entitled to an additional expense allowance and hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
This designation shall be retroactive 1 March 1999, the date Judge
Ros actually performed functions as Acting Presiding Judge of Branch 79.
