ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 110 -99
In the interest for the service and pursuant to Sec. 5(3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the designations of Hon. ENRIQUE M. PASCUA, Presiding Judge of the 8 th Municipal Circuit Trial Court: Paoay-Currimao, Ilocos Norte, as Acting Presiding Judge of the Metropolitan Trial Court, Branch 64,
Makati City, pursuant to Adm. Order No. 114-97 dated 23 December 1997 and Adm. Order No. 26-99 dated March 23, 1999 are hereby REVOKED, effective immediately.
Judge Pascua is hereby DIRECTED to return to his official station at the 8th Municipal Circuit Trial Court: Paoay-Currimao, Ilocos Norte and resume his regular duties thereat.
