ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 115 -99
Pursuant 10 Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. ANGEL V. COLET, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 8, La Trinidad, Benguet, is hereby DESIGNATED Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 53, Manila, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court.
The Hon. NELSONIDA T. ULAT-MARRERO, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 10, La Trinidad, Benguet, is DESIGNATED Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 8, same court, in addition to her regular duties in her own court, effective immediately and to continue until the return of Judge Angel V. Colet or until further orders from this court. She shall be entitled to an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
