ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 126 -99
In the interest of an effective administration of justice and pursuant to Administrative Order No. 6 of this Court of 30 June 1975, the Hon. ARNULFO O. BUGTAS, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 2, Borongan, Eastern Samar is hereby APPOINTED Executive Judge, Regional Trial Court, Borongan, Eastern Samar effective immediately and to continue until December 31, 2000 or unless his appointment is sooner revoked or otherwise extended by this court.
Further, Judge Bugtas is DESIGNATED Acting Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 1, same court, in addition to his regular duties in his own court, effectively immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court. He shall be entitled to an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
